Great information
Excellent book for the person with little knowledge of the human body. Very easy read and easy action plans to better cardiovascular health.

The information in the book is clear. It is easy reading. The information given agrees with many other materials that have been published. I just think the book has so much repetition in it that it could have been written in 1/3 of the pages. It appears that the writer was just repeating himself many times to make the book larger.

I was happy with the book but I'd like to know what that bottle of Medicine was that was pictured next to the book?? Was it the vitamins, minerals, whatever, that a person should be taking in order to get the protection that the book implys that you should take. I think it was about $30.00. I'd would like to order it if it is the perscription the Dr. want us to take. Millie

Great Book to help those of us with heart concerns.
This book was very helpful in explaining how NO improves the flow of blood in our veins. It was almost like a textbook. I also liked how he gave information on the studies and outcomes. He seemed fair in wanting to get this information out enough to give locations where to find L-Aginine and L-citrulline rather than plugging only his own product. This has given me informed buying power and a chance to make healthy changes for my life.

First thoughts positive
This book is an easy read and doesn't push his brand of supplements too much. He gives you the actual supplement information so you can get what you need from any source you want. I just started taking (generic) supplements according to his formula (about a week) and I've noticed I am sleeping really well (I didn't make the connection to the suppplements at first, though that is mentioned as a result of supplementation -- the restfulness of the sleep was just that noticeable...we'll see what else happens).
