The South Beach Diet SuperCharged
Good diet book with theory, foods to include & avoid in each of 3 phases, menu suggestions & recipes. It also includes an exercise plan for each phase of the diet. Unusual in that it's relatively easy to "eat out" & still stick to the diet.

Lost Weight
I have tried a few diet plans. I really only needed to lose about 10-15 pounds. I followed this plan to the T and it's been 28 days. I have lost about 12 pounds so far. It is really easy to follow. The hardest time I had was the first two weeks without fruit. I recommend this book for people who only have a few pounds to lose.

This is another well done book on CD. I enjoyed it but I did have a problem with the .pdf files on them. They are supposed to be recipes and exercise examples but they weren't on the cd's, otherwise great to listen too.

A logical way to lose weight...
Similar to the original South Beach Diet book, except with a few different menu items for Phase 1 and 2. I was able to lose 8 pounds in 2 weeks without exercise. This is a logical way to eat and enjoy food. I swear by the South Beach diet as do friends and family who have tried it.

Love the SB diet book!
The book got here much faster than I expected! I've done the SB diet several years ago and it worked so good that after putting a few pounds back on I've decided to do it again. If you follow it to the letter it definitely works.
