Tremendous book by Thomas Appell
The book arrived on time courtesy of bargainbookstores and is a tremendous storehouse of knowledge on why people get colds and what can be done to remedy the revolving door of yearly bouts of colds. Mr Appell goes further than that and goes into detail about the immune system and the methods to building it up to avoid all kinds of problems.

Invaluable!!!
Before reading this book I was a junk food junkie. I drank five cans of soft drinks every day and lived on candy bars and fast food. I had no idea these foods were making me sick and overweight. This book got me to see how easy it is to eat foods that keep you healthy, and how important it is to pass on the junk foods. It's an entertaining book to read and the illustrations are fabulous! I've lost a lot of weight, and I'm not getting sick. I'm a singer, and for me being able to know I'm protected against colds and the flu is worth it's weight in gold.
