Quoting from the Children's Heart Foundation:
'It's My Heart' is distributed free of charge to parents, loved ones, patients, health care workers and congenital heart defect support group leaders through a generous grant from the Medtronic Foundation. It is available both in hardcover and on CD-ROM. A maximum of one case (32 books) can be ordered. Copies of "It's My Heart" distributed free of charge may not be sold.

Nice book
If you don't know anything about heart diseases this is a good book to learn.
