The Master Cleanse
I am currently doing the cleanse for a second time and afterwards will be starting a healthy food management way of life.

The book is very inexpensive and arrived fast in the normal mail. You will be amazed at how your body systems will improve after the first 3 days. You will feel energized, healthy, sleep like a baby, and feel good deep inside and out. Your tongue will go from a creamy white toxic color to bubble gum pink if you stay on it long enough. A cool by product of the cleanse is that you lose weight. I did the clease to detox from bad eating habits and never regretted doing it. Just make sure you follow the instructions very carefully to end the detox or you will suffer the ill consequences. A good program and guide book. Also a website is available. LOVED IT!!! The book, the cleanse the High!
I did a 13 day Master Cleanse and LOVED it! I had never done a cleanse and was not sure i could do it. I am a yogi and eat very well, but at 47 was feeling a little sluggish and chunky. After meeting three people in different circles that had done it, I thought I'd give it a go! The book was super informative and covered all the bases. I personally felt good to fantastic the whole 13 days, in fact i was energized! I lost some inches, my skin looks great, and I feel amazing! Since then, my son, two friends and their son have started it and love it! This book is definitely a must if you're ready to let go of some old stuff!
