I've lost 8lbs in 5 days!! I work in Medicine and this is it!!
WOW!! Talk about a lot of negative feedback on a book, this one is it!! I just wanted to give my 2 sense because I think that people looking at purchasing this book should know the facts.

1. Yes some of Kevin's idea's about avoiding a/c and microwaves is over the top.

2. Yes in this day in age eating ALL organic food is VERY difficult and VERY expensive (trust me I've tried).

HOWEVER, this diet along with the HCG supplement works! It works really, really well. I know, I know I've tried everything under the sun too. I've lost 8lbs in 5 days and I feel FABULOUS!! I have so much energy and I am sleeping good, it's like a whole new me!

You can order the injectable or SL (Sublingual - under the tongue) HCG online if you wish to follow the protocol without spending a ton of $$ seeing a physician. However, make sure you follow the diet in the book to a T!

Now as far as the diet goes, yes I felt the same way about 500 calories and yes the 1st 2 days were difficult, but now I feel awesome!! I did go through a local Dr for my initial HCG, but will order online in the future. I work in Cardiology and the Drs their are utilizing me as their Guinie Pig.

A totally valid weight loss techniwue
I'm very surprised by the bad reviews of this book. Regardless of what anyone might think about Mr. Trudeau personally, he's doing us an incredible favor by getting the word out about the HCG diet. My husband and I are on it, and three of our friends have finished it. We've all had amazing results. I haven't felt this good in...a long time! It is NOT true that you need to go to Europe for the supplies, you can get them on the Internet or through one of the many doctors who support this protocol. It is, of course, cheaper through the Internet--our total out of pocket cost has been around $150 for the two of us. You'll save a ton of money on food as well, since you won't be going out for meals for 40 days!

As with any idea, an intelligent reader will take the information in this book and do some additional research to validate it for themselves. I've scoured the Internet and found only positive reviews from people who have actually done the diet. Interestingly, the only group trying to stop it is the government. The proof is in the pudding, people.

The secret is a drug that you need to go to Europe and have a physician write a script for. There are some good diet tricks, but average americans won't benefit from this without the wonder drug.

WOW!!!
This book is amazing! I starting following a very small portion of the recommendations in this book but still lost 7 pounds in the first week. As I add more and more concepts I see the weight falling away. Plus, I feel great while doing it and haven't felt hungry or deprived in any way. I'm amazed this book isn't more well known but I guess that's the political suppression of "them" for you! LOL

I have the dubious distinction of growing up in his home town and attending the same high school just before Mr. Trudeau. Do a little research of your own online. He is barred for life by the FTC from selling products. His use of the Free Speech protections to continue his racket is cynical, even for him. Unlike his previous scams, people have died from this one. His latest one is preying on people about to lose their homes in a tough economy. Nice. We can all show what kind of people we are by shunning this sociopath. Buy any of his books and you are part of the problem.
