This book is great!
It compares restaurant dishes with ones you could make at home showing you a healthier way to make them and how it costs less to cook at home too! Also has a lot of very helpful basic information in the beginning about cooking ingredients and which ones are better for you!

A Good Addition to Your Cookbook Line-up
While I do not eat out that often, (once a month, if that), I recently checked this book out from the library, then bought one for myself and a friend. It is full of information that allows one to make better choices, and even includes tips about what cookware, utensils, and gadgets to own.

It would be more helpful if the recipes also included a fiber content and cholesterol content. Overall, I would suggest this book to anyone who likes to try new things...so far, nothing has been too difficult to make.

I wanted this book because it takes recipes from well known restaurants and lets you create the same thing but uses less calories but great taste. I have made two things so far and they were excellent. I would recomend this book to anyone very easy to use good instructions and good pictures. Great Book
