What Everybody Should Know About Low Protein Diet Menus?

Very often the doctor advices you to have a low protein diet to improve your health while being ill. They even say that those who keep on low protein diet have rare cases of cancer illnesses.  But many people don’t even imagine their life withut proteins. They just ask a question “Than what can I eat?” In fact it’s possible to be on this diet. Here is the example of low protein diet menus.

One should have a meal 5-6 times a day, just some spoonfuls every time.

Advisable products and dishes.

Bread and nuts. Superior quality flour white bread, dried crust, dried not bun cookies. Exclude: rye bread, fresh bread, bun, baked goods.

Soups. Non-fat meat and fish soups with egg flakes; soup-pure from meat. Exclude: fat bullions, cabbage soup, legumes soups.

Meat and poultry. Non-fat sorts. Do steam dishes, soufflé and pure from boiled meat, chops, meatballs. Exclude from the low protein diet menus: fat meat, duck, goose, mutton, pork, tinned meat, sausage.

Fish. Non-fat species. Boiled, steam fish. Exclude: fat species, salt, cured and canned fish.

Fats. Dairy butter. 10g of refined oil. Exclude: refractory oils, such as mutton oil.

Dairy products. Kefir and other cultured milk foods. Fresh curds, sour cream, add milk and cream to the dish. Exclude: fat sour cream, spicy fat cheese.

Cereals. Good boiled semifluid porridges with milk or bullion add, vermicelli. Exclude: millet, pearl barley, fine-ground barley, legumes, and macaroni.

Vegetables. Potatoes, carrot, beet, cauliflower, tomatoes. Exclude: cabbage, onion, garlic, cucumbers, mushrooms, radish.

Fruits, sweet dishes and sweets. Ripe, soft fruits and berries, hot codlings, mousses, sugar, honey, jam, marmalade. Exclude: chocolate, cakes.

Souses and species. White souse on meat bullion, milk, sour cream souse.  Exclude. Hot, fat souses, species.

Drinks. Tea with lemon, tea and coffee with milk. Tenuous fruit, berries, vegetables juices; rosehip tea, berry drinks. Exclude: cacao.

The example of the 13th diet menu:

First breakfast: cream of wheat milk porridge, tea with lemon.
Second breakfast: boiled egg, rosehip tea.
Lunch: vegetable meat bullion soup, steam meatballs, rice porridge, compote.
Snack: biffin
Dinner: boiled fish, potato pure, tenuous fruit juice.
At night: kefir
