If you want to lose some kilos try to grapefruit diet. Grapefruits are tasty and healthy and moreover they are fat-splitting. But this diet is contra-indicated to those who have problems with stomach, such as gastritis or ulcer.

First day.
Breakfast: grapefruit of grapefruit juice without sugar, a slice of low-fat ham (50g), coffee or tea without sugar.
Lunch: grapefruit, vegetable soup with two crusts.
Dinner: stewed or boiled vegetables – cabbage, beet, carrot, celery, marrow, etc, except for potato and corn, Sugar free tea.
Second day.
Breakfast: Fruit salad (grapefruit, orange and apple). Coffee and tea with lemon.
Lunch: Grapefruit plus 50g of cheese (20-30% of fat), that can be replaced by 150g of low-fat curds.
Dinner: half a grapefruit, 200g of chicken (grill or boiled), 2 tomatoes, tea.
Third day.
Breakfast: grapefruit of grapefruit juice, 2 hard-boiled eggs, tea or coffee without sugar.
Lunch: grapefruit or vegetable salad with lemon juice (250g). Coffee or tea.
Dinner: Boiled meat (150g), green salad with lemon juice (200g), tea with a spoon of honey.
Forth day.
Breakfast: grapefruit of grapefruit juice, 2 spoons of oatmeal or muesli with a spoon of raisins and low-fat yoghurt or milk.
Lunch: grapefruit, carrot salad (carrot, cucumber, sweet pepper, celery, lettuce, broccoli, etc) with vegetable oil, bread with bran or toast.
Dinner: Chicken (250g) or fish (250g). Tomato or tomato juice. At night grapefruit or grapefruit juice.
Fifth day
Breakfast: grapefruit, hard-boiled egg or tomato juice
Lunch: big baked potato with cabbage and green salad (200g)
Dinner: grapefruit and 200g of boiled or stewed fish with stewed vegetables. Tea
Sixth and seventh days.
You can repeat any of the other days’ menus.
If you are too hungry during the whole week sometimes you can snack with apple or orange or drink some cups of tea or mineral water.
