Banana diet shortcomings:

•  If you are a banana eater you will possible stop eating them for ever.

•  The problem of any mono diet is that you weight will come back if you start eating high-calorie things after the diet.

The main diet advantage is a quick result. One can lose 2-4 kilos in 3-5 days. Another plus is that the diet can be chosen according to one’s tastes. It should just contain one ingredient a day. You can make your own diet and eat your favorite food.

But this diet has many shortcomings. Be ready to take the lost kilos in a week after the diet finishing. This 12 day diet is one of the most unfavorable for health. Because of the monotony meals you won’t get all the necessary vitamins that your organism needs. That’s why you should keep that diet no more than 12 days. You should also be ready to start hating the product you’ve liked before. From the other hand it is a good way to break eating chocolate of the habit, for instance.
